TERMS AND CONDITIONS SUMMARY
The Sports Special Membership Term is by membership recommendation and interview. The Membership is placed in the name of the individual. The Sports Special Membership Term enjoys the following club privileges:

Full privileges at Rajpruek’s Sports Club.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND APPLICATION FEE

Payable at the time of the signing of the Membership Contract. The refundable deposit will be paid back upon expiration of the Membership at the end of one year or three years period, upon member’s resignation, at the amount after deduction of any unpaid charges.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
The subscription fee for a Sports Special Membership Term will be paid monthly commencing the month of the signing of the Membership Contract. The monthly subscription fee is subject to change as designated by the Board of Governors. Current monthly fee is as follows;

SPORTS GUEST FEE
All Sport Members and their Associate Member : Twice a month / Member (Maximum 6 Guests) @ Baht 500 / Guest subject to VAT
MEMBERSHIP DURATION
The Membership duration of Sports Special Membership Term commences on the date of Membership Contract Signing and is for 1 or 3 years duration. The Sports Special Membership Term will not be transferable.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES
The Sports Special Membership Term is not permitted to have Associate Members.
MONTHLY STATEMENT
All charges incurred by a Sports Special Membership Term will be billed on a monthly statement.
GUESTS POLICY
Sports Special Members Term are permitted to invite guests in accordance with the Club’s guest policy.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
A Membership is cancelled as a result of: Completion of the Membership duration; Resignation by giving not less than 30 days notice in writing to the Board of Governors; or Expulsion by the Board of Governors due to failure to follow the Club’s Rules or by decision of the Board of Governors.
CLUB BY-LAWS
As with all Members of the Club, Sports Special Membership Term must abide by the Club’s By-Laws.
