A Corporate Ordinary Term Membership is placed in the name of a company and then the company is granted the right to appoint employees or directors as Corporate Ordinary Term Members. To qualify for Corporate Ordinary Term Membership privileges, a company must establish a minimum of two Corporate Ordinary Term Memberships.

The membership duration of each Corporate Ordinary Membership is five years. The company is held financially responsible for all charges (refundable deposit, annual subscription, food and beverage, guest, etc.) incurred by their Corporate Ordinary Term Members.

Corporate Ordinary Term Members enjoy "full club" privileges (full usage of the Golf and Sports Clubs).A company may establish more than two Corporate Ordinary Term Memberships (See Schedule of Fees).

CORPORATE HOUSE ACCOUNT
A company with Corporate Ordinary Term Memberships receives a "Corporate House Account" for specific use by their "authorized employees". These authorized employees, henceforth referred to as "House Account Designees", have been granted the right to use the dining and meeting room facilities of the Sports Clubhouse for their business and social entertaining needs. All reservations to use these specific facilities by a House Account Designee must be made by the company's "Corporate Liaison" (See Terms and Conditions).

SPECIAL EVENTS AND PROGRAMS
Corporate Ordinary Term Members are invited to participate in special events and programs coordinated by the Club's Membership Director which include: seminars, guest speaker events, theme luncheons and dinners, outings and educational series.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ADMISSIONS POLICY
A Corporate Ordinary Term Membership in the Rajpruek Club is by invitation only and is non-transferable. The offering of Corporate Ordinary Term Memberships may be limited as designated by the Board of Governors.

OWNERSHIP
A Corporate Ordinary Term Membership is placed in the name of a company or legal entity and only employees and directors of that specific company or organization may be appointed as "Corporate Ordinary Term Members". The company or organization is held financially responsible for the Corporate Ordinary Term memberships and all charges (refundable deposit, annual subscription, food, beverage, guest, etc.) incurred by its Corporate Ordinary Term Members and their guests.

MEMBERSHIP DURATION
The annual subscription fee for a Corporate Ordinary Term Membership will be paid in full amount at the time of signing of the Membership Contract.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
The annual subscription fee for a Corporate Ordinary Term Membership will be paid in full amount at the time of signing of the Membership Contract. The annual subscription fee is subject to change as designated by the Board of Governors.

CHANGE OF CORPORATE ORDINARY TERM MEMBERS
A company is permitted to change a Corporate Ordinary Term Member once per year per Member at the anniversary Contract. Addition changes may be allowed with the payment of the then current “change of designee fee” and approval of the new Corporate Ordinary Term Member by the Club’s Admissions Committee.

ADDITIONAL CORPORATE ORDINARY TERM MEMBERS
A Company is granted the right to add additional Corporate Ordinary Term Members with the payment of the then current refundable deposit and annual subscription per additional Corporate Ordinary Term Member (See Schedule of Fees).

MONTHLY STATEMENT
All charges incurred by a Corporate Ordinary Term Member will be billed on a monthly statement and mailed to the office address as indicated on the Corporate Ordinary Term Membership Application Form. All charges incurred by the company's House Account Designees when using the Sports Club's dining areas and meeting room facilities, will be billed to the company's Corporate House Account monthly statement.

CORPORATE LIAISON
The company will identify an employee to serve as the "corporate liaison" to make all reservations for use of the Sports Club's dining and meeting room facilities for House Account Designees' usage, to receive club communications, policy changes and the Corporate House Account monthly statement. In addition, the Club will appoint a membership relations officer to service the company's membership needs and requests.

GUEST POLICY
Corporate Ordinary Term Members are permitted to have guests in accordance with the Club's Guest Policy.

MEMBERSHIP REAPPLY
Upon the expiration date of Corporate Ordinary Term Membership, a company is granted the right to reapply. Membership will be accepted provided the Corporate Ordinary Term memberships are available and with the payment of the then current Corporate Ordinary Term Membership refundable deposit and annual subscription.

CANCELLATION / TERMINATION
Membership is cancelled or terminated as a result of: Completion of the Membership Duration; Resignation by giving not less than 30 days’ notice in writing to the Board of Governors; or Expulsion by the Board of Governors due to failure to follow the Club's Rules or by decision of the Board of Governors. The refundable deposit for Corporate Ordinary Term Membership shall be refunded after deducting all the costs of damage incurred and any money owed to the club

A company may add additional designees with the payment of the then current refundable deposit and annual subscription for Corporate Ordinary Term Members. The maximum number of designees permitted is 5 for each Corporate Ordinary Term Package.

3. Annual Subscription :
230,000 Baht Per Designee subject to tax and Vat in the amount of 41,755.96 Baht.

4. Change of Designee Fee :
A company is permitted to change a Corporate Ordinary Term Member once per year per Member at the anniversary of the Membership Contract. Addition changes may be allowed with the payment of the then current "change of designee fee" and approval of the new Corporate Ordinary Term member by the Club's Admission Committee.
