Tee–Off Time Booking Conditions

Applicable for week-ends and public holidays

The following conditions will be applicable when reservations are made for tee-off times.

• Reservations can be made 2 weeks in advance and members must advise their contact telephone numbers when making reservations.
• Any cancellations must be made 48 hours before tee-off time.
• The club will call members to reconfirm bookings at least 48 hours before tee-off time. Booking shall be deemed to be confirmed if the club is unable to contact the members by calling the telephone numbers as advised.
• No show without proper notification to the club (per items 1 & 3 above) will be penalized with a charge of ฿2,000 per booking. This will be charged directly to the account of the member who made the reservation.
